About Jade

My journey into holistic healing began through my own experience of how powerful these therapies can be.

At a time when I needed support and balance in my life, I discovered the calming and restorative effects of energy work, sound therapy, and breathwork. The benefits I experienced inspired me to learn more and eventually train so that I could share these practices with others.

Alongside my holistic work, I am a qualified Social Worker and have experience supporting people through emotional challenges and life transitions. This background has helped shape the way I work today, helping me create a safe and compassionate space where people can feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.

Every session is gentle, respectful, and guided by what each person needs in that moment.

My intention is simple: to offer a peaceful space where people can relax, reconnect with themselves, and experience a sense of balance and wellbeing.
